1What Money Games is
Money Games is a personal finance game app from DAVABLE™ GAMES built around one idea: the best time to make a money mistake is in a game. It brings four games together in one app, "4 games in 1 app": Budget Balancer, Debt Snowball, Compound Race and Credit Climb.
Each game has three levels, Rookie, Pro and All-Star, and a new puzzle every day, the same for every player. The people, figures, rates and returns are fictional and illustrative, and nothing a player enters is saved. The games share one header and one sponsor banner at play.davable.com/money, so a sponsor's brand stays with players from one game to the next.
2What the games do
Every game puts the player in charge of a real-world money decision, then shows the result and a plain-English takeaway. No jargon to memorize; just choices, consequences and a better instinct for next time.
Budget Balancer
Tag every expense as a need, want or savings, then balance the month after a surprise bill lands. Pro adds freelance income and taxes; All-Star adds a couple's shared budget.
Debt Snowball
Put the debts in your payoff order and see what your plan costs against the snowball and avalanche methods. Pro adds an expiring promo rate; All-Star adds a windfall and a new charge.
Compound Race
Set monthly savings at every stage of life from 22 to 62 and beat the late starter to the goal. Pro adds an employer match; All-Star adds two market crashes and fund fees.
Credit Climb
Pick one money move a month for 12 months and raise a credit score to the target. Pro starts after a late payment; All-Star adds identity theft and a co-signed loan.
Built for a few minutes a day
- A daily habit. A new puzzle in every game, every day, with up to three stars to earn.
- Free, with nothing to sign up for. No accounts and no cookies. Nothing a player enters is saved.
- A takeaway every time. Every result ends with the lesson behind it, in one sentence.
- Easy to share. Built-in share buttons and a copyable result let players challenge friends and family.
3Why Money Games exists
Money decisions come at people fast: the first paycheck, the first credit card, the first car loan, the first time two incomes share one budget. Most people make those decisions without ever having practiced them, and the mistakes are expensive: interest, fees, a damaged credit score and years of missed growth.
Money Games turns those decisions into puzzles with clear results. A month's bills become a budget to balance. A pile of debts becomes an order to choose. A lifetime of saving becomes a race. A credit report becomes twelve moves. Players see the cost of a choice before it costs them anything.
There is a second reason. Banks, credit unions, advisors and employers want to help people with money, and they need a way to do it that people actually choose. A free, useful game with their name on it does more than another ad. Money Games was designed for that from the start.
4Who Money Games is for
Players
- Young adults starting out with a first paycheck, a first apartment and a first credit card.
- Couples and families building a shared budget.
- Anyone paying down cards and loans, or working to raise a credit score.
- Savers planning for retirement, a first home or an emergency fund, and teachers and parents who want to make money lessons stick.
Sponsors
- Banks and credit unions that want to support financial wellness in their communities.
- Financial advisors, planners, CPA and tax firms, and insurance agencies.
- Mortgage lenders, auto dealers and lenders who want better-prepared borrowers.
- Employers and HR benefits teams offering financial wellness to their people.
- Schools, colleges, libraries and community programs, and regional and national brands.
Sponsorships fit local, regional, national and multi-location companies alike, from a single branch to a brand with many locations.
5How sponsors benefit
The most effective sponsorship is attached to something people value. A Money Games sponsor does not interrupt anyone. The sponsor is the one who brought people a free, useful way to get better with money.
One simple sponsor plan and an add-on
Complete Sponsor: your own branded channel at play.davable.com/your-company, with your logo in the sponsor banner above all four games. One update on our side changes your banner everywhere at once. The plan also lets you show your channel, all four games, on your own website. One sponsor per app can also be featured on this app’s davable.com page.
Custom & co-branded scenario packs: available with the Complete Sponsor plan on a project-by-project basis. DAVABLE™ GAMES builds money scenarios around a sponsor's products and customers, such as a first-home savings pack, a holiday-budget week or a student-loan payoff pack. All scenarios stay fictional and educational.
Why it works
- Positive brand association. Your name is linked to help with money, not a sales pitch.
- Daily repeat exposure. New puzzles every day bring players back, and your brand is there every time.
- The right moment. People playing Money Games are thinking about budgets, debt, saving and credit, exactly when your products are relevant.
- A benefit you can share. Credit unions can offer the games to members, employers to staff and schools to students, turning the sponsorship into a service rather than an ad.
- Simple to start. Value-based annual pricing is matched to your reach, whether you are a local, regional, national or multi-location company. Monthly fees are available under the Complete Sponsor plan.
Everyone makes money decisions. Money Games lets them practice first, every day.
By turning budgets, debt, saving and credit into four free daily games, Money Games gives people a smart few minutes with their own financial future and gives sponsors a credible, useful way to be part of that habit. For players, it is practice without the price. For sponsors, it is a way to be remembered as the one who helped.
