1What REI Games is
REI Games is a real estate game app from DAVABLE™ GAMES with eight games in two parts, "8 games in 1 app". Open House covers the selling side of a home sale. Closing Table covers everything from contract to keys.
Each game has three levels, Rookie, Pro and All-Star, and a new puzzle every day, the same for every player. The properties, people, rates and figures are fictional and simplified, and nothing a player enters is saved. The games share one header and one sponsor banner at play.davable.com/rei, so a sponsor's brand stays with players across all eight games.
2What the games do
Every game puts the player in the seat of an agent, loan officer, processor or closer, then shows the result and a plain-English takeaway.
Price It Right
Adjust the comps to match the listing and set the list price. Pro adds time adjustments; All-Star adds a sale that wasn't a normal market sale.
Showing Shuffle
Book every buyer into a Saturday showing slot they can make, around the sellers' lunch, your hard stop and no overlaps.
Offer Stack
Pick the strongest offer for this seller's priorities: net proceeds, timing, contingencies, financing and rent-backs, not just the highest price.
Listing Writer
Build the listing description from the fact sheet: describe the property, not the people who should buy it, and never claim more than the facts support.
Rate Lock
Watch the market day by day and decide when to lock the buyer's rate, weighing the rate against what the lock costs and the risk of delays.
Doc Chase
Chase the documents the lender needs with a limited number of requests a day, and get the file to clear to close on time.
Title Clear
Decide which title issues get cured before closing, like liens and gaps in the ownership record, and which can stay on the policy.
Settlement Math
Prorate taxes, HOA dues and prepaid interest and balance the closing statement to the cent, with the work shown after.
Built for a few minutes a day
- A daily habit. A new puzzle in every game, every day, with up to three stars to earn.
- Free, with nothing to sign up for. No accounts and no cookies. Nothing a player enters is saved.
- A takeaway every time. Every result ends with the lesson behind it.
- Easy to share. Built-in share buttons and a copyable result let players challenge colleagues and friends.
3Why REI Games exists
New agents learn pricing, showings, offers and listing rules on their first deals, with a real seller watching. Buyers and sellers meet rate locks, title issues and closing statements for the first time when money is already on the line. Most of it is learned by doing, and the mistakes are expensive.
REI Games turns those moments into puzzles with clear results. Recent sales become a pricing puzzle. A Saturday becomes a schedule to solve. A stack of offers becomes a decision. A closing statement becomes math that has to balance. Players see the cost of a call before it costs anyone anything.
There is a second reason. Brokerages, lenders, title companies and real estate schools want to reach agents, buyers and sellers with something more useful than an ad. A free game with their name on it, that people choose to play every day, does that. REI Games was designed for that from the start.

Sponsorships fit local, regional, national and multi-location companies alike, from a single office to a brand with many locations.
5How sponsors benefit
The most effective sponsorship is attached to something people value. A REI Games sponsor does not interrupt anyone. The sponsor is the one who brought people a free, useful way to practice real estate.
One simple sponsor plan and an add-on
Complete Sponsor: your own branded channel at play.davable.com/your-company, with your logo in the sponsor banner above all eight games. One update on our side changes your banner everywhere at once. The plan also lets you show your channel, all eight games, on your own website. One sponsor per app can also be featured on this app’s davable.com page.
Custom & co-branded scenario packs: available with the Complete Sponsor plan on a project-by-project basis. DAVABLE™ GAMES builds scenarios around a sponsor's market and process, such as a local pricing pack, a first-time buyer pack or a closing pack that follows your title or lending steps. All scenarios stay fictional and educational.
Why it works
- Positive brand association. Your name is linked to help and training, not a sales pitch.
- Daily repeat exposure. New puzzles every day bring players back, and your brand is there every time.
- The right audience. People who play REI Games are agents, buyers, sellers and investors, exactly who real estate sponsors want to reach.
- A benefit you can share. Brokerages can offer the games to agents, lenders and title companies to referral partners, and schools to students, turning the sponsorship into a service rather than an ad.
- Simple to start. Value-based annual pricing is matched to your reach, whether you are a local, regional, national or multi-location company. Monthly fees are available under the Complete Sponsor plan.
Every deal has a hundred decisions. REI Games lets people practice them first, every day.
By turning pricing, showings, offers, listings, rate locks, documents, title and closing math into eight free daily games, REI Games gives agents, buyers, sellers and investors a smart few minutes with real estate and gives sponsors a credible, useful way to be part of that habit.
