Terms of Use
davable.com and the DAVABLE™ GAMES library of game apps, Biz Games (First Deal, Close or Walk, Be a Biz Broker and ExitReady Biz), Sports Puzzles (Diamond Puzzles, Gridiron Puzzles, Hardwood Puzzles and Rink Logic), Money Games (Budget Balancer, Debt Snowball, Compound Race and Credit Climb) and REI Games (Open House: Price It Right, Showing Shuffle, Offer Stack and Listing Writer; Closing Table: Rate Lock, Doc Chase, Title Clear and Settlement Math) and Bible Games (Verse Builder, Who Am I?, Scripture Connections and Timeline Challenge) and We the Players (Grievance Detective, Hold the Union Together, Checks & Balances and You Be the Judge), are provided by David Glanville & Company LLC (“we” or “us”). By using this site or the games, you agree to these terms.
Education and entertainment only
All businesses, properties, people, players, teams, financial figures, financing terms, interest rates, investment returns, credit scores, scores and outcomes in the games are fictional, simplified and illustrative. Nothing in the games is legal, tax, accounting, financial, lending, real estate or investment advice, and playing them does not create a client, brokerage, agency or advisory relationship. Consult qualified professionals before buying, selling or financing any business, or before making personal decisions about budgeting, debt, saving, investing or credit. Money Games teaches general money concepts; it does not evaluate your own finances, and nothing you enter in it is saved. REI Games teaches general real estate concepts; its examples, including listing language and title, lending and closing practices, are simplified, are not legal guidance and vary by state, and you should follow your broker, lender, title company, attorney and local rules. Bible Games quotes Scripture from the Berean Standard Bible (BSB), which is in the public domain; it is denomination-neutral, covers Scripture facts and stories only, and is not religious instruction or counsel. We the Players quotes the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights in their original spelling as published by the National Archives (public domain); its explanations and case examples are simplified for education, are not legal advice, and describe how the Bill of Rights applies to the federal government.
No league or team affiliation
DAVABLE™ GAMES Sports Puzzles is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any league, team or player.
Sponsors and outside links
Sponsors are independent companies. A sponsor’s banner, logo or button is not an endorsement by us, and we are not responsible for any sponsor’s products, services or claims. Links to sponsor or other outside websites are governed by those sites’ own terms and privacy policies.
Private demos
The game host play.davable.com and the private demos on our demo site, demo001.com (biz.demo001.com, sports.demo001.com, money.demo001.com and rei.demo001.com), are password-protected until a sponsor’s games go live. The demo site shows the games on a sample sponsor website; Demo001 Community Bank and Demo001 Realty are fictional companies. Demo passwords are provided for evaluation by the recipient’s organization only and may not be shared publicly.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The site and games are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, David Glanville & Company LLC is not liable for any decision made or loss incurred based on use of the games or this site.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms. For sponsors, changes to the Sponsor Terms or Billing section that affect an active plan take effect at the plan’s next renewal, unless the law requires otherwise.
Sponsor Terms
These Sponsor Terms apply to any business that buys a sponsor plan from us (the “Sponsor”): the Complete Sponsor plan or a custom scenario or puzzle pack, for Biz Games, Sports Puzzles, Money Games, REI Games, Bible Games or We the Players (each a “Plan”). If you have signed a Sponsor Agreement, proposal or order with us, it controls where it differs from these terms.
What a Plan includes
- Complete Sponsor: your own sponsor channel at play.davable.com/<your-name>, showing the app or apps (or the Sports Puzzles league) in your Plan with your sponsor banner (name, logo, call-to-action button linking to your website, and share buttons) on every game, for the term of your Plan, plus a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to show your channel on your own website, on the web addresses you give us, for the term of your Plan. The games stay on our servers and remain our property; you may not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer them. The license ends when your Plan ends.
- Featured sponsor: if your proposal says so, your banner is also shown on that app’s page at davable.com and on its standard games app. Each app has at most one featured sponsor at a time.
- Custom packs: custom or co-branded content as described in your proposal.
- Sports Puzzles leagues: a Sports Puzzles Plan covers either all four leagues (the Sports Puzzles app and its four games) or a single league (baseball, football, basketball or hockey: that league’s single-league app), as stated in your proposal.
Price and term
Your Plan’s price, reach tier (local, regional, national or multi-location), billing period and any minimum term are shown in your proposal, order, invoice or payment link. Founding Sponsor pricing applies only for the period stated in your offer.
Your content
You provide your business name, logo, link and button text. You confirm you have the right to use them, that they are accurate and lawful, and you give us permission to display them on the games and the related Biz Games, Sports Puzzles, Money Games, REI Games, Bible Games or We the Players pages during your Plan. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, infringes someone else’s rights, or (for Sports Puzzles) suggests an affiliation with a league or team. We will tell you and give you a chance to provide replacement content.
Placement and results
We place your banner as described for your Plan. We may update the games, add new games or change layouts, keeping your sponsor placement substantially similar. Short interruptions for maintenance or outages may occur. We do not guarantee any number of players, views, clicks, leads or sales.
Sales representatives
Some Sponsors are introduced by independent sales representatives. Representatives cannot change prices or terms or make promises on our behalf. Only a written agreement, proposal or invoice issued by David Glanville & Company LLC is binding.
Ending a Plan
Either party may end a Plan for a material breach that is not fixed within 15 days of written notice. When a Plan ends, your channel shows a “Temporarily Unavailable” page and is then removed, and you must remove the games from your website within 7 days.
Billing, Cancellation & Refunds
Billing and automatic renewal
Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor, Stripe. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period for the same period until cancelled. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change takes effect on renewal.
Payment methods
Monthly Plans are paid by credit or debit card or bank (ACH) debit kept on file and charged automatically each month; by starting a monthly Plan you authorize these recurring charges until you cancel. Your first monthly invoice may be emailed to you; paying it saves your card or bank account for the following months. Annual Plans may be paid by card, ACH debit or invoice. Invoices are due by the date shown on the invoice. Stripe processes all payments; we do not receive or store full card or bank account numbers. Applicable taxes, if any, are added to your invoice.
Failed or late payments
If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it and email you a link to pay or update your payment method. If an invoice is not paid by its due date, Stripe emails you a reminder with a link to pay. In either case your channel keeps running during a 21-day grace period. If payment is still not received after 21 days, your channel (including on your website) shows a “Temporarily Unavailable” page until the balance is paid, and we may cancel the Plan if it remains unpaid. Paying the balance restores your channel automatically.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time through the billing portal link in your Stripe receipts or invoices, or by emailing billing@davable.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and your banner stays live until then. If your Plan has a minimum term, cancellation takes effect at the end of that term.
Refunds
- Before go-live: nothing is charged until your channel goes live; your first invoice is sent on or after your go-live date. Once your channel is live, payments are non-refundable, except as stated below.
- Billing errors: duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full.
- Service problems: if we cannot display your banner for a substantial part of a billing period because of a problem on our side, we will provide a pro-rated credit or refund for that time.
- Otherwise, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused time after cancellation.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Please contact us at billing@davable.com before disputing a charge with your bank; we will work to resolve billing questions quickly.
Privacy
Players: no accounts and no cookies
You can play every Biz Games, Sports Puzzles, Money Games, REI Games, Bible Games and We the Players game without creating an account or giving us your name or email. davable.com does not use cookies. The password-protected game host play.davable.com uses one strictly necessary sign-in cookie per app (or per private channel preview), and the demo site demo001.com one per demo, to remember the password for up to 12 hours; they do not track you.
Game progress stays on your device
Game progress, scores and settings are saved only in your own browser’s storage on your device. They are not sent to us. You can erase them at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
Cookie-free analytics
We use cookie-free website analytics to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate, such as pages viewed, the site that referred you, device and browser type, and general location (country or region). This data does not identify you personally, and we do not sell it.
Sponsor banners
Sponsor banners show the sponsor’s name and logo, delivered from our own game host. They do not track you. If you tap a sponsor’s button or link, you leave our site, and the sponsor’s own privacy policy applies.
Sponsor and billing information
When a business buys a Plan, we collect the business contact details needed to manage it: company name, contact name, email, phone and billing address, plus the Plan, invoices and payment status. Payments are processed by Stripe, which receives your card or bank details directly and handles them under its own privacy policy. Stripe’s payment and invoice pages may use cookies for security and fraud prevention. We keep sponsor and billing records in a secure, access-restricted database for as long as the Plan is active and afterwards as required for accounting and tax purposes. We do not sell sponsor information.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run our sites and games: Cloudflare (website hosting, security and analytics), Stripe (payments), Supabase (sponsor and billing records) and Google Workspace (email). They process information only to provide their services to us.
If you contact us
If you email us or send our sponsor inquiry form, we use your name, company, email, phone (if given) and message to reply to you and, for sponsors, to manage your Plan. If you reached the form through a sales representative’s link, we also record that representative’s code from the link (no cookie is used). We do not add you to a mailing list without your permission.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your sponsor contact information by emailing hello@davable.com. We will keep records we are required to keep for accounting, tax or legal reasons.
Children
The games are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
